- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪called to make appointment took 5 days for anyone to call me back, potential new client needing Chiropractic work on show horse. Office staff wasn't helpful , not friendly almost to point of being rude. Not impressed with how low importance we were to potential be a great client. CUSTOMER service goes a long way , When VET called and I explained she did care and didn't offer apology for the length of time nothing didn't seem to care. Would it be the same way if they came out or I hauled to them? Just not worth the risk .June 15, 2017by capha lam
